The guarantee

Every order placed through the official checkout is a one-time purchase covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

How to claim

1. Email the seller's support address shown on your order confirmation within 60 days.
2. Quote your order number and request a refund.
3. The seller states that no return of bottles is required.

Exclusions

Shipping paid at checkout is usually not refunded. Purchases from third-party marketplaces fall outside the guarantee.
